Cancellation policy

  • Refunds on Non-Recurring Products: We are confident that our masterclasses will provide you with helpful resources and strategies. If you do not find the support you need, email support at childbehaviorclinic.com within the first 14 days of purchase and let us know. If you purchased a masterclass or other non-recurring product and you email us within 14 days of purchase, we will offer you a full refund (“Relationships First Guarantee”) after you complete the refund request form sent to you. If your purchase includes coaching services, your refund amount will be prorated based on the retail value of the coaching sessions you have already booked. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and it will be applied to the original payment method used.

    Due to the nature of our digital products and services, which grant immediate access to valuable knowledge and resources, we cannot offer refunds or prorated refunds 14 days after purchase. All purchases of CBC’s digital products and services are final. This policy ensures fairness and equal access to high-quality content for all members of our community.

    Notwithstanding this policy, CBC reserves the right to deny you a Relationships First Guarantee refund if CBC, in our sole discretion, determines or has a reasonable belief that you have already redeemed the Relationships First Guarantee using your current account or via a new account you create. You may not redeem or request more than one Relationships First Guarantee nor create multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly taking advantage of this refund policy or avoiding payment obligations under these Terms.

  • Subscription Cancellation: If you subscribe to a recurring CBC product, you have the option to cancel your subscription within 48 hours of your scheduled renewal date to avoid further charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. Due to the nature of our subscription products and services, which grant immediate access to valuable knowledge and resources, we cannot offer refunds or prorated refunds for any payments already made.
