Access to CBC products and content
Certain CBC content and products require You to provide your email address and consent to email marketing before you are able to access them. This is why You will always have to actively confirm your email whenever you subscribe to CBC emails and before you are able to access protected content.
Refund Policy
Because of the nature of CBC’s digital products, including downloadable content, audio-visual material, course, and other content, we are unable to offer refunds. Payments already made towards any CBC products and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits and/or payments in full. Likewise, we are unable to pause access to any products or services already purchased.
